Climate Change Composition is very important for upcoming HSC Exam and SSC Exam in Bangladesh. "Climate Change" means the degradation of the balanced state of the environment. Due to this unexpected "Climate Change" we are heading towards a disaster. Though our life and life style is on a steady state of change, climate change has become a great concern for our sound and peaceful existence on earth. Global climate change and its effect is the most pressing issue at the moment over the world. Today I have given here two sample of "Climate Change Composition". A composition on Climate Change for HSC Exam

Answer:

Climate Change

We take various elements from nature for our use. But we all too often behave rudely towards nature. It has destroyed the balance of nature. The elements of nature are limited; most of the time we forget it. However, unplanned urbanization and industrialization have affected the world environment enormously. The enormous pollution of the environment is the most significant cause of the change in the world climate. Bangladesh is also under the threat of it. The climate is changing mostly because of the greenhouse effect. The balance of the environment is breaking down for increasing the average temperature owing to the greenhouse effect.

According to the observation of the IPCC, the average temperature of Bangladesh has increased from 0.2 to 1 degree celsius. Bangladesh is under a great threat because it is in the Asian region. Flood, cyclone, high tide, etc will increase due to the change in the climate. If will damage our assets and lives massively specially in our coastal areas.

According to the opinion of the IPCC, the sea level of the Bay of Bengal will increase about one metre by this century. Rainfall will increase abruptly in the rainy areas due to the change in the climate. So, the global warming is increasing the threat for our coastal areas and low lands.

On the one hand, global warming will increase the rainfall in the rainy areas and on the other hand, it will stop the rainfall in the dry areas. So, the desertification will happen in some areas of our country owing to the change in the climate.

The average temperature of Bangladesh will increase up to 2 degree celsius by the year 2050. It

will diminish the production of rice upto 10% and wheat upto 30% due to the shortage of water for irrigation.

The temperature and the salinity of the sea water are increasing because of the climate change. It will spoil the fishes of the sea and the mangrove trees and plants of the forest.

Bangladesh is under the great threat of the global warming. The change in climate is affecting Asia greatly. Bangladesh, however, should take the following precautions to face the challenges of the global warming:

(a) To stop the use of CFC and other greenhouse gases.

(b) To stop the use of firewoods and bio-fuels.

(c) To expand the programmes of planting, trees all over the country, specially in the coastal areas.

(d) To monitor the behaviours of the world climate and take decisions accordingly.

(e) To increase the public awareness about protecting the environment.

We should prepare effective and sustainable policies and strategies to face the challenges of the climate change. It is our duty to remove the imbalance of nature.

Climate Change in Bangladesh

Generally "Climate Change" means the degradation of the balanced state of the environment. Due to this unexpected "Climate Change" we are heading towards a disaster. Though our life and life style is on a steady state of change, climate change has become a great concern for our sound and peaceful existence on earth. Global climate change and its effect is the most pressing issue at the

moment over the world. The global climate is changing rapidly as the developed countries are emitting greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide, CFC and other harmful gases for their own interests. As a result, the earth's average temperature is rising and its consequences are leaving a

bad impact on climate change, forcing the poor countries to face natural calamities and poverty.

Erratic rainfall, rise of floods, cyclones, storm surges and drought, ice sheets melting may seriously affect the agriculture and livelihood, especially of the poor.

Developing countries like Bangladesh, for their geographical locations, are likely to be the most affected, and the developed nations are more responsible for such climate change. The Maldives is also one of the worst victims of climate change. Unplanned urbanization and industrialization

have affected the world environment enormously. The enormous pollution of the environment is the most significant cause of the change of the world climate. Bangladesh is also under the threat of it. The climate is changing mostly because of the greenhouse effect. The balance of the

environment is breaking down for increasing the average temperature owing to the greenhouse effect. According to the opinion of the IPCC, the sea level of the Bay of Bengal will increase about one metre by this century. Rainfall will increase abruptly in rainy areas for the change of the climate. So the global warming is increasing the threat for our coastal areas and low lands.

Climatologists have already predicted and explained that lack of urgency in tackling greenhouse gas emissions during most of the past two decades is held responsible for rapid increase in rise of a global temperature. Bangladesh, however, should take the following precautions for facing the

challenges of the global warming:

(a) To stop use of the CFC and the other harmful gases and chemicals.

(b) To stop the use of firewoods and bio-fuels and deforestation.

(c) To expand the programmes of planting trees all over the country, specially in the costal areas.

(d) To monitor the behaviours of the world climate and take decisions accordingly.

(e) To increase the public awareness about protecting the environment.

(f) We must invent new seeds and seedlings to cope with the climate change.
